 5:45pm.\nIn the Hayloft\, behind The Three Cups Inn\, Malmesbury\, SN16 0A
 H\nRestarting on the 16th September post a summer break \n\nWhether you ar
 e completely new to yoga\, haven't practiced for a long time or would pref
 er a slower class\, know that you will be welcomed into this class. Togeth
 er\, we will progress each week through different postures and sequences\,
  building strength and flexibility but most importantly\, growing as a com
 munity.\n\nClasses are balanced with breathwork\, fluid movement\, longer 
 stretches and the all important rest (savasana) at the end\, leaving you f
 eeling refreshed for the rest of your week.\n\nIf you have any questions\,

 hms of nature    \n\nA bit more about me:\n\nBethan\, a yoga\, sound and d
 rum circle facilitator\, holds spaces to bring people together to ground a
 nd gather\, whilst having fun and building connection to ourselves and tho
 se around us in a way that feels real\, welcoming and supportive. \n\nShe 
 came to yoga when she began to fall out of love with the general fitness w
 orld\, and it has been a huge part of her journey with chronic pain\, prov
 iding mobility and strength she otherwise may have never had. \n\nHer disc
 overy of sound healing\, and then especially when re-discovering the drum\
 , felt like a real homecoming. Not gatekeeping music and sound to the perf
 ormative world where you have to be "good at it"\, instead opening this up
  for all of us to feel into its transformational power. Bethan believes so
 und has an unbelievable ability to bring us into presence\, release stress
  and find connection or clarity.\n\nWhether a fluid flow\, a restorative s
 ound bath or an energising drumming circle\, her offerings take deep inspi
 ration around the lunar cycles and the seasons\, as Bethan believes that n
 ature and our land has so much to show us. Hence why outside of these spac
 es you'll usually find her in the water\, way out in the countryside (like
 ly lost) or drumming around the stones of Avebury
