 g-wa/1628233065577299/\n\nWe meet every Sunday (unless advertised indiffer
 ent) at the site of Birmingham Settlement on the Edgbaston Reservoir at 09
 :15 for a 09:30 start.\nThere are two sessions- Running group and Walking 
 group led by qualified leaders.\nThe distance is 2.5km or 5km for Running 
 in a clockwise direction and the walking group go in the opposite directio
 n and do one lap of 2.5km.\nEveryone is Welcome to attend including dogs o
 n leads and buggy users.\nThere are different types of abilities so the gr
 oup is for beginners\, intermediate specifically.\nAnyone travelling by bi
 cycles may station their bicycle at their own risk on site in dedicated bi
 cycle park.\nThere are toilets on site at the Red Shed and refreshments ar
 e provided afterwards for the participants.\nDonations are accepted at the
  cafe- please ask a member of the volunteer team.\nOur Running session is 
 timed by our Timekeeper and we have Photography taken at both our sessions
 .\nPlease sign in for every session and advise the Coordinator or any team
  member if you would prefer not to be included in any social media.\nWe ar
 e a friendly group with a following of 250 members\, however our normal Su
 nday attendance is between 40- 70.\n\n
