SUMMARY:National Dance Company Wales present Blue | Glas
DESCRIPTION:Let NDCWales hold your hand through a desperately beautiful eve
ning of dance.\n\nWhen words fall short\, movement and touch can ground us
.\nCreated in 2012 and remade this year with NDCWales\, ‘Ordinary Courag
e’ by Theo Clinkard is a sincere reflection on grief\, loss and the quie
t strength of human connection.\nSet to a haunting score that incorporates
Scarlatti and Bach\, this is warm\, deeply moving and cathartic. It will
linger with you long after the movement settles.\n\n‘Untamed’ is a vis
ceral new work by Alesanda Seutin (2026 Olivier Award Nominee and Sadler
’s Wells Associate Artist) rooted in the human urge to run.\nBodies char
ged with emotion coil like springs ready to release.\nTogether we move for
ward. Are we running away or towards something new?\nSet to a driving soun
dtrack that includes traditional Welsh instruments and ancestral voices\,
the athletic\, commanding dance will invigorate the senses\, cleanse the s
 oul and leave you breathless.
