 ng at 9am.\n\nIf you're thinking of joining in\, here's how it works (and 
 how to qualify for 50  off breakfast).\n\nMeet by the Sunday Swim Club win
 dbreak on South Milton Sands Beach just in front of Beach House at 9am and
  head into the sea together. After your swim\, come back to the windbreak 
 to collect your stamp - this is what gets you 50  off breakfast. Then head
  back to Beach House for coffee and breakfast at 9.30am\n\nWe recommend bo
 oking a table for breakfast in advance - it's the perfect way to start you
 r Sunday.\n\nBasic rules: be by the windbreak and ready to swim at 9am\, j
 oin the group swim\, collect your stamp afterwards\, and brave the chill (
 no wetsuits)\n\nCome and join the fun - this is a social event for all age
 s and abilities. Anyone entering the water does so at their own risk.
