Dustbirds are a duo that play original folkish tunes. Nick on vocals and guitar hails from London and is accompanied by Kerry, a Northumbrian vocalist and fiddle player. Together they whittle there songs to the rhythm of their surroundings in the Shropshire hills, playful and plaintive in equal measure, with themes ranging from TS Elliot’s the Wasteland, psychedelic sea shanties to tales of ghostly goings on at the Stiperstones.
