This secluded scene provided the backdrop for Buffalo Springfield, Crosby, Stills, Nash &amp Young, and the Mamas &amp the Papas to craft folk rock riffs and vocal harmonies as lush as the eucalyptus-lined landscape. Here, Joni Mitchell hosted legendary late-night acoustic jams and Jim Morrison penned his famous love letter to the neighbourhood.
