Fitness Activities
Free Gym Use – Saturday & Sunday
Step inside our gym, and say hello to our fantastic fitness team. Whether you’re a fitness newbie or returning after a break, our Big Open Weekend is all about letting you have a go. Our team will be on hand to guide you through the gym, they’ll help you hope onto the equipment and make sure you feel fully comfortable in our gym.
Plus, you’ll get complimentary access to our Boditrax on the day, this will give you instant insights to your body composition and our team will help you understand your results so you can set personalised goals that work for you. It’s a quick and easy way to kick-start your fitness motivation.
